Christiana Christodoulou
Christiana has 20 years of experience managing residential and commercial properties across the United Kingdom, particularly in prime central London, and Cyprus.
Her experience encompasses tenant relations, coordination of leases and tenancy agreements, and liaison with solicitors and banks, including support with residential and commercial mortgage arrangements. Owners are kept informed of relevant regulatory changes, with specialist advice coordinated where required to help safeguard investments and support long-term profitability.
She has also managed refurbishment and development projects in prime central London, overseeing renovation works and liaising with local councils and professional advisers on planning, licensing and building regulations.
Through an established network of property contacts, Christiana helps clients identify suitable purchases, including access to off-market opportunities.
Christiana holds a BA in Economics and Politics from the University of Kent and an MA in International Relations and European Politics, completed in 2008 and 2009 respectively.
Eddie Sadrija
Admir specializes in residential renovations, high-end property refurbishments, extensions, structural works and property maintenance throughout London. He has extensive experience in the construction industry.
Over the years, he has successfully managed a wide range of projects, working closely with architects, structural engineers and property owners.
